Coaching

  • I offer this service on an individual weekly basis. Somatic & Mental Health Coaching involve a look at nervous system regulation and building mind body awareness. This process looks at the ways challenging or traumatic experiences can be stored in the body and helps to release these stored experiences that can make it difficult to make meaningful lasting change in our lives.

  • Sexuality coaching is a combination of education, building skills around sex and holding space for concerns around mental health related to sex and sexual trauma. This is a space we create together that can help explore questions around sex, sexuality and gender, how to explore sex needs, as well as addressing specific issues related to sex.

This can also be a space to have a challenging conversation mediated between yourself and partner(s) that might otherwise feel difficult to have. These sessions will incur the partner session rate.

This modality requires a 6 session commitment (one per week) followed by discussion around needs moving forward.

  • Group Coaching Programs are updated as they are offered. These are paid commitments to group support that can last 3 weeks or more. Please keep an eye on our events page or follow us on instagram to find out about upcoming programs.

    Monthly Free Group Support:
