Khumo Masege, LMHC, CHSE (she/her)

Hi! I’m Khumo. I’m a coach, creator, disruptor, writer, and therapist who finds joy in creating kind and thoughtful spaces for LGBTQ+ identified people!

I am a dual-Master graduate of Columbia University, a New York Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Certified Holistic Sex Educator of the Institute for Sexuality Education and Enlightenment (ISEE).

My lived and professional experience has afforded me the joy of helping folks explore identity and identity trauma, sex and relationships, neurodiversity and life transitions. Together we’ll create a safe, kind and playful space where you can explore your mental health and feel empowered to thrive in new environments.

The LGBTQ+ Inclusion and Mental Health Support programs offer a wealth of workshops targeted at increasing workplace mental health as well as Inclusion support that fosters a more productive and safe environment for LGBTQ and other marginalized employees. I approaches this work from an intersectional, inclusive and anti-oppressive lens for the most effective support.

My training includes Holistic Sex Education, Somatic Experiencing, Emotion Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems and Anti-Racist psychotherapy. These approaches inform my work with clients, clinicians and organizations alike who attend her workshops and support spaces.
