Healing After Sexual Trauma: A 3-Week Support Group

You don’t have to heal alone.

This three-week guided support group is a trauma-informed space designed for survivors of sexual trauma who are seeking community, connection, and practical tools for healing.

Through gentle, body-conscious exercises, group discussions, and guided practices, we will explore how trauma affects the mind and body—and how to reconnect with yourself in a way that feels safe and empowering.

What You’ll Gain from This Group:

✔ A deeper understanding of how trauma affects your body and nervous system
✔ Somatic (body-based) techniques to regulate emotions and manage triggers
✔ Practical tools to rebuild self-trust and a sense of safety

Who Is This For?

This group is open to women and LBTQ+ adults who have experienced sexual trauma at any point in their lives. You do not need to share your personal story to participate. This is a supportive, non-clinical space focused on supportive tools for coping, not therapy.

What to Expect:

  • Weekly 90-minute session

  • Guided practices, education, and open discussion

  • A private, affirming, and trauma-sensitive environment

  • Limited spots to ensure intimacy and support
